About Gramercy Auctions
Gramercy Auctions is a fast growing, dynamic and innovative auction firm specializing in REO properties and assessing investment and buyer potential through a proprietary pricing algorithm, the Gramercy Auction Indicator (GPI). We specialize in assessing current home value based on recent market trends, local investment and pricing, neighborhood demographics, and regression models which rely on statistics extracted from various databases. Use of historical data and current neighborhood demographics allow us to use our Targeted Marketing Algorithm (TMA) to find investors and local buyers to maximize value for our clients and provide high utility to homeowners. We are a nationwide company growing every day, seeking to be the established leader in home sales. Gramercy and its affiliates have completed 4,500 auctions since 2005.
Our office is in Fort Lee, NJ, a short bus ride across the George Washington Bridge. We are primarily seeking employees in the local New York City area and do not offer relocation assistance. This is a temporary summer position, which can be a full-time or part-time job.
