Front End Java

Technical Skills/Computer:
(Required – 4+ years experience)
• Full Life Cycle Methodology
• Must have experience creating web pages using semantic html markup and using CSS for presentation
• Must be familiar with advanced CSS concepts and techniques
• Must be able to independently design html mockups using design specifications
• Accessibility / Section 508
• Familiarity with WAI Accessibility Guidelines
• JavaScript / DHTML / Ajax
• Proficient in JavaScript
• JSP 4+ years
• Exposure to MVC Framework/Struts is desirable
• Exposure to JSTL

Be able to code:
• Action Servlets and Struts 4+ years
• Action Helper
• Display Objects
• Display Mappers
• JavaScript

Preferred
• Experience integrating server-side logic (ASP.NET Controls, Classic ASP) into markup, and vice-versa
• Working knowledge of legacy VBScript
• Experience with XSL (XSL-FO would be a big plus)
• Some familiarity with C# and OOP
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Balance of technical and creative skills
