Skills/Requirements:
5+ Years SQL experience required
5+ years J2EE development experience
3+ years JSP / Struts / Enterprise Java Beans
3+ years Swing experience preferred will be a big plus
Ability to quickly learn new processes involving multiple technologies
Strong design skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
Ability to adapt to a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Order Flow or Order to Cash experience
Ordering Systems experience
Functions/Responsibilites:
SQL Developer with Java experience to assist with the design and development of cardinal.com required as part of the CIM 4.0 program
Expert knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, indexing algorithms, and MS SQL Server (development of tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, etc)
Complex Queries (joins, nested queries, etc) and stored procedures for complex reporting requirements
Database Design and optimization - modifying database structure, queries, and system parameters in order to run large databases for peak performance
Proven ability to review user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations
Ability to exchange verbal and written information clearly, accurately, reliably, and in a timely manner.
Optionally some proven experience with Java & Javascript development
