Skills/Requirements:
2-6 years PHP programming experience
Expert understanding of XHTML/PHP5/Drupal/MySQL
Experience on CSS/JavaScript/XML/Ajax
Excellent organization, time-management & communication skills
Ability to write programming specifications and documentation
Great people skills
Functions/Responsibilites:
Take ownership of projects, set aggressive timelines, and meet those timelines without sacrificing quality
Plan, develop and maintain custom web applications, and implement new site features and services
Build content management system add-ons and perform CMS customizations (mostly Drupal)
Produce functional and well documented code
Troubleshoot, track and fix bugs
Perform cross browser and cross platform testing and debugging
Develop APIs to communicate with client environment.
Come up with creative solutions to complex problems
Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with clients and with other team members
