6+ years of professional server side web development experience
4+ years of PHP is required, at least 2 of those in PHP 5
3+ years of experience coding in DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery
Intermediate to advanced understanding of relational databases, preferably MySQL
Working knowledge of Linux via the command line is required
Experience extending and customizing existing products/frameworks such as Drupal, Magento, Wordpress, or OS Commerce
Understanding of MVC Frameworks such as CakePHP, Zend Framework preferred eCommerce experience highly preferred
Strong understanding of web analytics and SEO techniques
Experience scaling for high traffic / transaction sites a plus
Experience using version control such as SVN, GIT or CVS
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Problem solving and time management skills
Ability to work in both an individual and team based environment
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple job tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
